Red Bluff High School’s very own cafeteria will offer three new salad choices beginning on January 25 when live classes resume if all goes according to plan. The first new choice is a vegetarian salad. This salad contains fresh spinach that is topped with cheese-filled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, olives, shredded parmesan, Italian dressing, and a whole grain bread roll. This may be exciting for the students who are looking for a salad with a little extra something to fill their stomachs. The second new salad may interest those who like a little crunch with their lunch. The taco salad is made with a salad mix, ground beef, cherry tomatoes, black beans, olives, shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, salsa, and fresh Spartan Plaza Ranch. For those who love chicken and the traditional caesar salad, the Spartan Plaza will be offering a salad with fresh romaine topped with sliced chicken, shredded parmesan, cherry tomatoes, croutons, caesar dressing, and a whole grain bread roll. These salads will be offered at the snack bar beginning January 25 during lunchtime. They are available to both students and staff.
